What are the opening hours?

From 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 17.

Do I need to register?

To access the event, you will need to be registered. Prefer online registration to save time at the entrance. The event is reserved for professionals. The organizer reserves the right to accept or refuse accreditation requests.

Is registration free?

Registration for the show is free and reserved for professionals. After validation from our team you will receive a confirmation email.

Is the "health pass" mandatory to access the event?

No, from March 14 the health pass/vaccination pass is no longer mandatory and wearing a mask will be optional.

Is a cloakroom available on site?

Yes, a paying cloakroom is available on site: €2/item.
This service is offered for exhibitor and speaker badges.

Do I need to print my badge before my visit?

Yes, it is preferable to print your badge in advance, you will save time at the entrance.

Can we eat on site?

Yes, the Carreau du Temple Bar will be open during show opening hours and there are many shops nearby.

How to contact the exhibitors?

You can contact the exhibitors directly from your visitor portal once you have registered.

Is registration for sessions mandatory?

It is recommended to register in advance for the conferences, you will be able to benefit from a personalized program which will guide you in your visit. However, the places available are not guaranteed on site. You can participate in the conferences on site without registering in advance (subject to availability).
The main stage can accommodate around 165 people and the workshop stage 55 people.
Given the expected crowds, we recommend that you come early if you wish to participate in a conference.

How long are my personal data stored?

What information is transmitted to the exhibitor when he scans my badge?

By having your badge scanned by an exhibitor, you agree to send them your contact details as well as certain fields of your registration form (your company, your position, your areas of interest).
